Located on the stunning NSW Mid Coast, Tea Gardens Country Club is a welcoming hub for locals and visitors alike—offering great food, friendly service, bowling greens, and comfortable motel accommodation.
We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to guide our Club into its next exciting chapter. Working closely with the Board, you’ll drive strategic growth while fostering a positive, community-focused culture.
About the Role
- Oversee daily operations across the Club and Garden Eatery restaurant
- Lead and empower a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage budgets, compliance, and reporting to the Board
- Build strong community, member, and stakeholder engagement
- Implement strategies that enhance sustainability, profitability, and membership growth
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, clubs, or accommodation industries
- Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence
- Personable, community-minded, and confident, leading diverse teams
- Club management qualifications (or similar) preferred
