Opportunity Available – Venue Manager – Casino RSM Club

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Become the Venue Manager for Casino RSM Club — the premier destination in the Richmond Valley.

Oversee a vibrant venue with 100 EGMs, more than 10,500 members, and a dedicated team of 70 staff. You’ll take a hands-on leadership role delivering exceptional service standards across gaming, bars, dining, functions, and facilities — shaping the club as the local community’s favourite gathering place.

Your Opportunity:
  • Lead daily venue operations and ensure excellence across all service areas.
  • Work closely with the CEO to deliver the club’s strategic vision, operational goals, and community initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, developing skills and consistency in all departments.
  • Work some evenings and weekends to provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and staff support during peak periods.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to strengthen performance, guest satisfaction, and community connection.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, financial management, and operational efficiency.

You’re an experienced leader from the club, hospitality, or gaming sector who thrives in a people-driven, service-oriented environment. You combine hands-on operational strength with a commercial mindset and enjoy collaborating closely with senior leadership to achieve results.
