Supervisor - Kogarah Clubhouse

Bring your leadership skills to one of the St George area’s most modern, friendly, and community-focused clubs — Kogarah Clubhouse! We’re seeking a Supervisor to join our experienced team and help deliver exceptional service and a safe, enjoyable environment for our members and guests.


About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations across all departments — bar, gaming, and reception — ensuring smooth service, team support, and compliance with club policies and regulations. You’ll also take the lead in maintaining venue security and providing hands-on support wherever needed.

This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and responsibility in a dynamic club environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff across bar, gaming, and reception areas.
  • Ensure operational and compliance standards are met during your shifts.
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for members and guests.
  • Undertake opening, closing, and cash control duties.
  • Step up to cover supervising shifts as required.

What You’ll Bring
  • Current RSA and ARCG qualifications.
