Bring your culinary creativity to one of the area’s most trusted community clubs!
Kingsgrove RSL Club is seeking an experienced and innovative Contract Caterer to operate our newly available upstairs restaurant — with a preferred focus on Asian cuisine.
About the opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate food operator who can deliver fresh, tasty, and healthy menus that excite our members. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, manage your own team, and work closely with Club management to grow our dining experience.
Our ideal candidate
- Proven experience creating popular, high‑quality menus
- Expertise in functions, takeaway service, and food promotions
- Strong leadership and commitment to customer service
- Food safety qualifications and full compliance knowledge
- A collaborative approach and community‑minded attitude
- Operation hours Wednesday - Sunday 11am - 2.30pm & 5.30pm - 8.30pm
- Tenant to manage gas, exhaust, kitchen, and phone services
- Supply additional crockery and cutlery as needed
- Employ own front and back‑of‑house staff
- Supportive management and marketing channels
- Full equipment maintenance (including POS)
- Negotiated rent with a three‑month trial period
