Duty Manager – Club BelroseBelrose, NSW | Full-Time
Club Belrose has been part of the Northern Beaches community since 1953, growing from the Belrose Bowling Club into a vibrant local destination for dining, entertainment and connection. With Cascade Dining open 7 days for lunch and dinner, a lively calendar of weekly and feature events, and two newly renovated function spaces (including a room with a dedicated bar), we offer a contemporary venue experience in a warm, welcoming club environment.
We’re now looking for an experienced, hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team—someone who thrives on service, leads from the front, and helps create great member and guest experiences every shift.
What you’ll do
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing venue operations across dining, bar, bowls, entertainment, and functions.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating frontline staff.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and club policies.
- Managing cash, reporting, and end‑of‑day procedures.
- Supporting the delivery of events and entertainment programs.
Our ideal candidate
You’re a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and community. You will bring:
- Experience in a supervisory or duty management role within clubs, pubs, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- A positive, hands‑on attitude and strong problem‑solving capability.
- Availability for a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
Required:
- Current RSA, RCG & Advance RCG
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
