About the Role
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. This part-time/casual position offers flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and assisting members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Managing phone and front-desk inquiries efficiently
  • Supporting membership and event administration tasks
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the management and operations team
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
About You
You’re someone who brings energy and warmth to every interaction. You take pride in presentation, communication, and attention to detail. You’ll also have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and administrative abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Availability to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
