Two iconic waterfront venues in the Bay of Islands are looking for talented chefs to join our kitchen teams.
The Duke of Marlborough Hotel in Russell (New Zealand’s first licensed hotel) and Charlotte’s Kitchen on the waterfront in Paihia are two of the region’s most well-known dining destinations. Both venues are busy year-round and known for delivering quality food in fast-paced, professional kitchens.

- Sous Chefs
- Chef de Partie

You’ll be working in busy waterfront restaurants, cooking for locals and visitors from around the world, while living in one of New Zealand’s most beautiful coastal regions — with beaches, boats, fishing and incredible scenery all on your doorstep.
