Job Description
Operations Support ManagerBankstown Sports Club | 4 on / 3 off roster
We are partnering with Bankstown Sports Club to recruit an experienced Full-time Operations Support Manager (OSM).
This is a genuine step up for an accomplished hospitality or club operations leader who understands high-volume trade, complex compliance environments and the importance of visible, steady leadership on shift.
You will be a key presence in the operation, the person others look to when the floor is busy, when decisions need to be made quickly, and when standards must remain high. This is a hands-on leadership role where confidence, sound judgement, and professionalism matter.
About the Role
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you are the steady presence on shift. You will be the person others look to when the floor is busy, when decisions need to be made quickly, and when service standards must remain high. You will be confident managing people, resolving customer matters professionally, and ensuring every department is working together seamlessly.
The opportunity sits within a large and well-established Club operation, where expectations around presentation, compliance and customer experience are high. You won’t just be overseeing the shift; you set up the tone. From gaming and F&B through to security, safety and service standards, you will ensure the operation runs smoothly while supporting and developing your team leaders.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role suits someone who enjoys being present in the operation, leading from the front, and taking real ownership of performance on shift. It’s fast paced, people focused and requires sound judgement, but for the right leader, it’s a genuine step forward into broader operational management.

- Has proven leadership experience within a Registered Club, hotel or high-volume hospitality venue
- Brings strong operational knowledge across gaming and/or F&B
- Is confident managing customer escalations and resolving conflict professionally
- Understands compliance obligations, including RSA, RCG and the Registered Clubs Act
- Leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Works well within a diverse leadership team
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG
- First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- NSW Driver’s License
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
- 4 days on / 3 days off rotating roster (weekends required)
- Large leadership team and supportive structure
- Career progression within a respected Club environment
