We are excited to introduce a newly created HR Coordinator role, designed for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key support across all areas of HR. This is a true generalist coordination role where no two days look the same. You will be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding through to training coordination, rostering support and maintaining employee records.
Importantly, you will be mentored by an experienced HR Manager, giving you the opportunity to build your capability, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, and develop your career in HR.
You will assist and support the HR Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of people operations that empower our managers and staff alike.
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across a range of roles
- Coordinating training and maintaining compliance records.
- Providing general HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate employee files, contracts and documentation
- Assisting with rostering coordination and payroll processing administration
- Supporting HR reporting and day-to-day people operations
- Contributing to team initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
- A genuine interest in building a career in HR
- Completed territory qualifications or studying towards in HR
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Confident, approachable communication style
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration (highly regarded, not essential)
