Job Description
Catering Opportunity at Aberdeen Ex-Servicemen’s ClubExperienced hospitality operator sought to run bistro and function catering in a vibrant community club.
Aberdeen Ex-Servicemen’s Club is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced caterer, hospitality business, or operator to take charge of food service at our club in Aberdeen, NSW. This is a standout opportunity to establish and grow a successful catering operation within a welcoming, community-focused venue.
With a commercial kitchen, a bistro seating up to 200 guests, and a private dining room for functions of around 50 to 60 people, the Club offers strong potential for a motivated operator with fresh ideas, a strong customer focus, and the ability to deliver quality food and service consistently.
What’s on offer
This opportunity includes:
- Operating a minimum of six days per week for lunch and dinner.
- Catering for everyday members’ dining and special functions, including weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.
- Creating and delivering flexible, contemporary menus, including casual dining, healthy choices, gluten-free options, and event catering.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, presentation, and customer experience.
- Working closely with the Club to help build patron attendance, engagement, and retention.
