A popular community club is seeking an experienced Contract Caterer to take over a well-established bistro and grow functions trade. This is a true operator opportunity - build your own business on the back of consistent club traffic and regular events
The Opportunity
- Seven-day trading with a strong, loyal member and local following
- Functions & events capability with a function space seating up to 100 guests.
- A venue known as a genuine local “home away from home” with food, sport and entertainment driving repeat visitation.
- A proven weekly specials style offer that supports consistent trade.
- Growth opportunity with a second food offering currently in development
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations (and FOH if required under your model
- Deliver modern club/pubs-style menus with broad appeal.
- Develop functions menus/packages and execute events with professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP / food safety / WHS and employment obligations.
- Demonstrated success operating a club bistro / pub / high-volume kitchen
- Strong cost control, staffing, and service standards
- Solid functions catering experience (packages, quoting, delivery)
- A collaborative approach - you’ll work closely with club management to lift the dining experience.
