IT Support
Onsite | Sydney Inner West

An established hospitality and club organisation is seeking a hands‑on IT Support professional to join its team and play a key role in maintaining day‑to‑day technology operations.

This is a varied, operational role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users and working closely with external IT providers in a fast‑paced environment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will act as the onsite IT Support and Network Administrator, providing daily technical support across hospitality, gaming and corporate systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as onsite Network Administrator
  • Providing IT and helpdesk support to management and staff
  • Maintaining system security, performance and data integrity
  • Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Managing user access, passwords and IT documentation
  • Supporting servers, printers, PCs and peripheral equipment
  • Liaising with external IT providers on support issues and projects
  • Producing accurate reports and operational analysis
  • Ensuring backups, compliance and system controls are maintained
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
  • Proven experience in IT support, network administration or a similar hands‑on role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networks
  • A customer‑focused approach with the ability to support non‑technical users
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with reporting systems and data analysis
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data privacy
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
  • Driver’s licence (desirable)
  • Valid RSA & RCG or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in hospitality, clubs or multi‑site environments (highly regarded)
