Logistics Manager

Looking for your next hands‑on opportunity?

If you’re craving a role with variety, ownership and a friendly, close‑knit team, this could be the right move for you.

Hennessy Coffee is a proudly Australian, family‑owned business supporting clubs, cafes and hospitality venues with premium coffee products and equipment. We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and logistics operations and play a key role in our small, supportive team.

About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the warehouse, deliveries and inventory, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently and smoothly.

This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines leadership, logistics planning and customer focus - perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working closely with their team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and supporting a small logistics team, including a Delivery Driver
  • Managing warehouse operations, safety and compliance
  • Planning and coordinating daily and weekly delivery schedules
  • Overseeing inventory control, forecasting and stocktakes
  • Receiving, storing, picking and despatching goods
  • Managing fleet maintenance and warehouse equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records in NetSuite
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Driving continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics processes
  • Being the onsite lead for workplace health and safety
Our ideal candidate
You’re an experienced logistics or warehouse professional who values teamwork, organisation and doing things properly. You take pride in creating safe, well‑run operations and enjoy being part of a business where relationships matter.

You’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management
  • A valid NSW Driver Licence and Forklift Licence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management ability
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics systems
  • A practical, problem‑solving mindset
  • A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
First Aid certification is desirable but not essential.

Why join Hennessy Coffee?
  • Be part of a small, welcoming and close‑knit team
  • Enjoy a stable, long‑term role with a well‑established Australian business
  • Have real ownership and autonomy in your role
  • Work in a hands‑on environment where your ideas are valued
  • Escape the red tape of big organisations and enjoy a more personal workplace
If you’re ready for a fresh environment where your experience will be recognised and appreciated, we’d love to hear from you.
