About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of the operation supervising daily activities across gaming, bar, TAB, Keno and floor, while ensuring service standards and compliance are consistently delivered. 

You’ll support the team, lead shifts varying across the Club's opening hours (10am - 4am), and help create an environment where both staff and members feel valued.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and supervising day-to-day club operations
  • Delivering exceptional customer service on the floor
  • Coaching and supporting team members
  • Ensuring compliance (RSA, RCG, ARCG, AML/CTF & WHS)
  • Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues with confidence
  • Supporting gaming, bar, TAB & Keno operations
  • Assisting with reporting and shift coordination
  • Creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a club or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure with great problem-solving ability
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends & public holidays)
  • Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (essential)
  • First Aid & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
