Located on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW, Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club is a welcoming, community-focused venue known for its relaxed coastal feel and genuine country hospitality. A favourite for locals and visitors alike, the club offers great food, live entertainment and a vibrant social atmosphere, alongside quality bowling greens and modern facilities.
Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club is currently recruiting for a Part-time Supervisor, working approximately 30–38 hours per week on a rotating roster. Our Tuncurry site boasts a newly renovated bistro, lawn bowl greens, TAB, KENO, bar outlets, promotions and gaming, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for both staff and members.
About the role
Permanent Part Time rates:
Monday to Friday: $30.20 per hour
Sat: $45.30 per hour
Sun: $52.85 per hour
This is a hands-on supervisory role, with active involvement in day-to-day
operations and team support.
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Support the Duty Managers with daily operations across the Club i.e. promotions, bar, gaming, TAB, Keno, catering etc.
- Training and mentor staff with performance feedback.
- Conflict resolution with customers and employees escalations.
- Delegating tasks to employees in accordance with Club standards
- Handling sensitive/confidential information
- Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests
Our ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a Bar/Gaming/Catering role who is looking to step into a supervisor position. Training is provided.
- Available to work a rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and passionate about customer service and people.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work.
- Effective time management.
- A current RSA & RCG Licence.
