A well loved local venue, Club Turramurra is known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community. We’re currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the club - perfect for someone ready to step into their first Assistant Manager role and make it their own.

This is a key leadership role with real impact across bar, gaming, functions and administration. If you’re an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading people while staying close to the action, this could be your next move.

The Opportunity
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting financial processes, driving functions and leading a high performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead day-to-day operations across bar, gaming, functions and facilities
  • Drive functions enquiries, bookings and revenue growth
  • Manage rosters, stock control and operational systems
  • Support bookkeeping, cash handling and gaming compliance
  • Train, coach and lead staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee event delivery from enquiry through to execution
  • Act as Manager on Duty and support operational shifts as required
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in a similar hospitality or club leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen including reconciliations and reporting
  • Experience with gaming operations and compliance (highly regarded)
  • Confident leadership style with a focus on team development
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Solid IT skills across POS systems and Microsoft Office
RSA, ARCG & First Aid required
