Looking to take the reins of a kitchen where quality, team culture and lifestyle actually line up?

We’re a well-established coastal venue on the Far South Coast/Sapphire Coast, and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen.
This is a great fit for someone who still enjoys being on the tools, takes pride in consistency, and wants to build a team that works well together.

The Role
You’ll lead the kitchen day-to-day, setting the tone on standards, pace and culture.
  • Run service with consistency across a busy bistro-style offer
  • Keep things organised, efficient and under control behind the scenes
  • Lead, support and develop a small kitchen team
  • Have input into menus and keep things fresh and relevant
  • Work closely with management to keep the operation running smoothly
About You
  • Previous Head Chef experience, or a strong Sous ready to step up
  • Calm, steady presence during busy service
  • Someone who backs their team and leads by example
  • Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation
  • Solid all-round operator who understands how a kitchen needs to run
