We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. This hands-on role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong operational knowledge, excellent leadership capability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
This position focuses on driving operational excellence and supporting the frontline team - a role where you will lead our overall customer experience, be a positive influencer for the Club’s culture and manage staff behaviours and performance.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be:
- Supervising day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Leading, motivating and supporting team members during shifts
- Conducting staff briefings and managing live rosters
- Allocating duties and completing shift reporting
- Assisting with team training and development
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently achieved
- Managing customer feedback, complaints and service recovery
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational compliance
- Promoting Club products, services and membership offerings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous supervisory experience within a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and positive approach to team leadership
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
- Current RSA and RCG competency cards
- Availability and flexibility to work rotating rosters, including day, mid and night shifts
