Job Description

Marketing Manager | Gosford RSL Club

Gosford RSL Club is one of the Central Coast’s leading hospitality venues, known for innovation, strong growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Following the successful launch of our $50M redevelopment, we continue to build momentum with a loyal and engaged community.
We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in the Club’s next phase of growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the COO, you will lead the Club’s marketing strategy and execution — acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring our brand remains relevant, engaging and aligned to our strategic direction.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving strategic marketing initiatives to grow membership, visitation and revenue
  • Providing brand leadership across the Club and associated businesses (including our motel)
  • Leading integrated campaigns, promotions and engagement initiatives
  • Enhancing membership acquisition and retention strategies
  • Using customer insights to continuously improve the experience
  • Supporting entertainment, events and promotional programming
  • Leading, mentoring and developing the marketing team
About You
You’re a commercially minded, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will bring:
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or a complex service environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver outcomes
  • Creativity, initiative and a drive to improve and innovate
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar (desirable)
  • Experience in graphic design and/or content creation (highly regarded)
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain RSA & RCG
