We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to support senior leadership and help drive exceptional service across the venue.

The Role
Working closely with senior management, you will oversee daily operations across the club with a clear focus on high standards, service delivery and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Working in conjunction with senior management to oversee all aspects of club operations and maintain high service standards
  • Leading and mentoring club staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience
  • Identifying and assisting with staff training and development needs
  • Managing day-to-day operations in line with local and state legislation
  • Maintaining strong customer service standards, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitoring and enforcing RSA, RCG, Liquor & Gaming and WHS compliance
  • Completing cash handling, reconciliations and shift reporting
About You
You’re a confident and capable leader who enjoys being on the floor and supporting your team to succeed.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in a Duty Manager or similar leadership role within a club or hospitality venue
  • Strong operational knowledge across bar, gaming and service
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current RSA & ARCG (essential)
