Duty ManagerPittwater RSL | Northern Beaches, Sydney | $90,000 - $100,000
Pittwater RSL is a vibrant, community-focused club in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Known for great hospitality, strong community ties, and a buzzing atmosphere, we’re proud to deliver memorable experiences for our members and guests every day.
We’re now looking for an energetic, people-first Duty Manager to join our leadership team – someone who thrives on the floor, leads from the front, and brings big personality and presence to every shift.
The Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership position where you’ll be at the centre of the action. You’ll lead your team on the floor, keep standards high, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional in a competitive local market.
You’ll be stepping into a newly created 5th Duty Manager position, strengthening an already established leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members and guests
- Lead, support, and roster staff, ensuring clear direction and ongoing development
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence, keeping operations running smoothly
- Manage and escalate incidents, operational issues, and customer feedback
- Contribute to staffing, promotions, and overall operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and all regulatory requirements
- A natural leader with strong presence and personality
- Passionate about hospitality and customer experience
- Proven experience leading teams in busy venues
- Confident managing people, performance, and service standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
