Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to join Ingleburn RSL as a Full-Time Duty Manager.
This is more than a typical Duty Manager role – it’s an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who is a genuine team player, with a passion for building strong relationships and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day club operations
  • Ensure compliance with Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS, AML/CTF and RSA/RCG requirements
  • Fulfil Responsible Gaming Officer (RGO) duties, with a strong focus on harm minimisation
  • Lead, coach and support team members, including performance management and appraisals
  • Champion and promote the Club’s culture, including our Reward & Recognition Program
  • Attend and contribute to Duty Manager team meetings
  • Complete administrative reporting (shift, incident, accident and staff reports)
About You
  • Hospitality Management qualifications (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a Duty Manager role, ideally within a club environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop teams
  • Confident decision-maker, able to prioritise and delegate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG (essential)
  • Willingness to obtain National Police and Working With Children Checks
  • Additional certifications highly regarded (TAB, Senior First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor)
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights and weekends
  • Own reliable transport
