The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator (or Senior Marketing Coordinator) to join our busy, creative team. While this role is ideally suited to someone 2–3 years into their career, we’re also open to speaking with candidates who bring a higher level of experience and are ready to take on a more senior capacity.
This role offers genuine scope to grow, develop your skills, and take ownership of campaigns that drive engagement and visitation.
You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, increasing patron engagement, and supporting the promotion of our events, services and community initiatives - all while ensuring our messaging reflects our values and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver promotions from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
- Maintain and update internal communications and collateral
- Develop and manage marketing collateral across print and digital channels
- Manage social media platforms and digital communications
- Prepare and analyse campaign data for EDMs and reporting
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging
- Support and attend club events, promotions and activations as required
- Ensure all promotional activity aligns with relevant guidelines and legislation
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (clubs or hospitality highly regarded)
- Strong digital and social media marketing capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe or Canva
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Creative, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines
- Experience maintaining websites and managing electronic marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
