We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role suited to a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, driving exceptional customer experiences and being part of a fast-paced, community-focused venue.

About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage shift operations, staff allocations and reporting
  • Assist with training, coaching and development of team members
  • Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally
  • Maintain operational standards, presentation and compliance requirements
  • Promote the Club's products, services and membership offerings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous supervisory experience within hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A positive, hands-on approach and a passion for customer service
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Current RSA and RCG competency cards
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including days, evenings and weekends
