Job Description
Duty ManagerCampbelltown RSL Club | Full-Time
Campbelltown RSL Club, a proud member of the Cabra Vale Club Resort Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Duty Manager to join our team.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Club operations, supporting staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring high standards of safety, security, presentation and compliance.
About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily Club operations across Food & Beverage, gaming, reception, Keno, events and promotions.
- Providing visible, hands-on leadership and support to staff
- Delivering excellent service to members and guests
- Managing shift operations, staff performance and customer enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, professional and well-presented venue
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, RSA, RCG, AML/CTF and other legislative requirements
- Supporting responsible gambling initiatives
- Completing shift, incident, first aid and compliance reports
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a club, hospitality or similar environment
- Strong operational knowledge across Club departments, including food & beverage, gaming, reception, events and Keno
- Current RSA, Advanced RCG, First Aid and Food Safety Supervisor certificates
- Understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act and Gaming Machines Act
- Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Competency using systems such as ERM Online, Aristocrat S7000, PrimeAlerts, SenPOS and Microsoft Office 365
- Flexibility to work a three-week rotating roster of days and nights (4 days a week), including weekends and public holidays
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have valid working rights in Australia
This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of $97,000+ per annum, Club Award Level A plus 50%.
