Are you a seasoned club executive looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact?

Bulli Workers Club is a successful and growing community club located in the beautiful coastal township of Bulli. With strong gaming growth, a loyal membership base, and a major redevelopment underway, the club is entering an exciting new chapter and offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager to make a lasting impact.

About the Role
Reporting to a supportive and commercially focused Board, you will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the club. With outsourced back-office functions, you'll be empowered to focus on business performance, team leadership, member experience, and the delivery of initiatives that support the club's continued growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the club
  • Drive revenue growth and business performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing management team
  • Work collaboratively with the Board to deliver strategic objectives
  • Oversee financial performance, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Support and guide the club through its redevelopment journey
  • Build strong relationships with members, staff, community groups, and key stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous General Manager experience within a licensed club environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of business growth
  • Experience working closely with Boards and governance structures
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Sound financial management and strategic planning capabilities
  • A hands-on approach combined with a clear long-term vision
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
