Be part of something new from day one.

Liverpool Catholic Club is preparing to launch an exciting new Asian fusion dining destination, bringing together vibrant flavours, exceptional service, and a contemporary dining experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and play a key role in creating a venue that guests will love and return to time and time again.

This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant at launch, shape the guest experience, and help establish a positive team culture from the very beginning.

About the Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support Catering Management in the daily operation of the venue while leading and motivating the front-of-house team. You'll ensure service runs smoothly, guests receive exceptional experiences, and the venue consistently delivers high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and WH&S standards
  • Ensure presentation, service and quality standards are consistently met
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Contribute ideas for specials, promotions and seasonal menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional venue environment
Our Ideal Candidate
You are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

To be successful, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
  • Professional presentation and high personal standards
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Current RSA competency card
Experience within an Asian cuisine or Asian fusion restaurant will be highly regarded but is not essential.
