Club Ryde is a welcoming community club in the heart of Ryde, offering great dining, entertainment, gaming and events for members and guests. We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our operations and create exceptional experiences across the venue.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, supporting teams and making a genuine impact in a community-focused club.

About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and presentation while supporting a positive and engaged team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily club operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and member experiences
  • Coach, support and motivate team members
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and club regulations
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain venue presentation and operational standards
  • Support functions, promotions and special events
About You
  • Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound understanding of gaming and club operations
  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications
