The Venue
Recently renovated and rebranded, Gallipoli House Newcastle is entering an exciting new chapter. The venue combines modern facilities with strong community foundations and is positioned within one of Newcastle's busiest hospitality and entertainment precincts.

We're looking for a catering partner who can help create a food offering that becomes a destination for locals and visitors alike.

About You
You are an experienced hospitality operator who can:
  • Deliver high-quality food and service consistently
  • Provide and manage both kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Create appealing restaurant and function menus
  • Work collaboratively with Club leadership on events and promotions
  • Maintain exceptional food safety and operational standards
  • Build a food offering that keeps guests coming back
Commercial Details
  • Caterer responsible for day-to-day operating expenses including utilities and waste removal
  • Club responsible for building maintenance and kitchen equipment
  • Fixed-term agreement to be negotiated with the successful applicant
