White Now offers three levels of recruitment, from simple Advertising to full service recruitment.

Shortlisting

Our shortlisting process is designed to save clubs time while ensuring only the strongest candidates progress. We carefully assess applications against the role requirements, conduct initial screening and provide clear, considered recommendations—so you can move forward with confidence.

Advertise & Search

Simultaneously, we proactively search our database for candidates who may possess the desired skills and experience.

Collect & Select

Monitor applications and select candidates who’s skills and experience match the position descriptions provided to progress to shortlist.

Shortlist & Screen

Create shortlist from the best applications. Schedule phone screens to verify applicants suitability.

Collate & Report

From shortlisting and screening efforts, present best 3-5 applicants for each role with application documents, recruiter notes and reports to Club for interview.

Reference Checks

Conduct reference checks on preferred candidates and report results to Club.

Full Recruitment

Our full recruitment service takes the pressure out of hiring. We manage the complete process from identifying and attracting candidates through to shortlisting, interviews and final offer. We provide clubs with clear advice, strong candidates and the confidence to make the right appointment.

Search

Search in-house CRM for suitable, pre-screened candidates.

Advertise

Advertise for role on relevant, selected job boards and social media platforms.

Review & Screen

Review all applicants and commence screening calls with suitable candidates.

Review

Further refine list of suitable candidates to 2-4 qualified options.

Interviews

In consultation with the Club, arrange interviews either onsite or virtually with selected candidates.

Checks

On advice from Club complete reference checks on preferred candidate/s. White Now uses third party software for their reference checking processes.

7

Selection & Offer

When the Club identifies its preferred candidate, assist with the offer to that candidate.

8

Notify

Notify unsuccessful candidates of the outcome of their application.
