We’re a well-established coastal venue on the Far South Coast/Sapphire Coast, and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen.
This is a great fit for someone who still enjoys being on the tools, takes pride in consistency, and wants to build a team that works well together.
The Role You’ll lead the kitchen day-to-day, setting the tone on standards, pace and culture.
- Run service with consistency across a busy bistro-style offer
- Keep things organised, efficient and under control behind the scenes
- Lead, support and develop a small kitchen team
- Have input into menus and keep things fresh and relevant
- Work closely with management to keep the operation running smoothly
About You - Previous Head Chef experience, or a strong Sous ready to step up
- Calm, steady presence during busy service
- Someone who backs their team and leads by example
- Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation
- Solid all-round operator who understands how a kitchen needs to run
